Right. Working on repair of the Eagle

We had to remove the rotten base of the eagle.
Poke out the rotten core.
The turn it upside down and build a frame to hold it for repair.
Then we had to insert a wooden post as far as possible to give us a more solid support for a refill.
Nails were inserted on to the post and a cast frame made to hold the filler.
